Description
The checkpoint
command, used by cbstats
, provides information on the checkpoint data structure for a specified bucket, on a specified node.
The same statistics are returned for each vBucket, each statistic beginning with vb_
, followed by the vBucket’s ID and a colon.
Note that running this command impacts performance.
Syntax
cbstats <host>:<port> [common options] checkpoint
The host
must be the hostname or IP address of a node within the cluster.
The port must be 11210
.
The common options
must include a username and password, and a reference to a bucket defined on the cluster.

The checkpoint
command takes no command options
.
Example
The following call returns statistics for the vBuckets on the specified node that correspond to the travel-sample
bucket.
/opt/couchbase/bin/cbstats -u Administrator -p password \ -b travel-sample 10.143.194.101:11210 \ checkpoint
If successful, the command returns the following information for each vBucket on the specified node.
